By luck we were able to into Restaurant Noma. A four time winner of best restaurant in the world and the 2nd best restaurant in the world in 2019.
It is an experimental kitchen with really wild food. Here are a couple of dishes out of the 17 course tasting menu. It was an all vegetarian menu.
It is a huge staff--45 food prep folks and chefs and 20 servers. There are two seatings a day.
We spent the afternoon riding the Metro and taking a bus to the conference center. Our hotel gave us great directions.
We are off to the opera festival in Tivoli Gardens tonight.
